lol My god, it was so funny, we had like a 30second unplanned routine, and 2 were stoned, and the other was drunk, i was the only sober one, this was at like half 11AM lol we did our little routine, looked at each other, and started ****ing about, i had a sock packed pair of underwear, so everyone was looking at my 12" penis lol, one kid did the worm, the other pulled down his underwear, one just stood there in a daze wondering where he was, while i realize " sh{i]t ive walked to the front of the stage, now wtf do i do" and kinda did a little flex and smile lol

It was epic, i actually loved it, i wish i was stoned, but i had to do some acting **** before, i was wearing, this is homo, so theres no point me saying its not!

- BB Row: 135x8; 185x8; 225x8 (Thumbless Grip, 2 second contractions) *strict*
- DB Row: 47.5x8; 47.5x8; 80x5 (full stretch. Thumbless Grip) *15 second Rest*
- High Pull: 1plate+25lbs x8; 2plates x8; 2plates+25lbs x5 (Thumbless Grip)
- DB Curl: 35x8; 45x8; 40x8; 37.5x8 (30 second rest)*Super Strict 'No swing, nor momentum'*

^ my PR of 12 reps from 2months ago. I had the pin at knee level so basically that rom is'nt considered "Strict"...So I guess I broke my PR today since I went and inch below the knee
