    also i took sleepign meds. couldn't sleep without them for a few months. srs. it sucked. dont take em. i used to have insomnia.

    Random question:
    In your opinion, are higher reps or lower reps better for building leg mass? What about volume/intensity? I'm assuming by above workout that it's low reps...
    lower reps.
    Legs take out the most oxygen from you, so you'll only be lifting lightweight for 8+ reps.

    keep the rep range about 5 reps and you'll definitely see more progress (unless you are doing small exercises such as leg ext....you can use high reps like 8+)

    Yeah, I found that higher rep legs start to work cardio too much, especially with squats.
