The majority of my diet consisted of:
-Pasta
-Chili
-Beef
-Steak
-Peanut Butter
-Japanese food
mehh my press is weak, I got to focus on it more harder
I'm going to take the rest of this week off. I'm going to up my cal intake and try to gain more weight this week (aiming for 200lbs), I will return to my original diet on monday and resume lifting
I haven't had a week off since december
