First off I would like to thank G Diesel and Animal for giving me the opportunity to the be the "lab rat" for this experiment. Based on the dosage received, this log will last 3 weeks. I'm excited to be a part of the alpha testing of this project, I am expecting great results. I wish all of the other testers the best of luck, let's get started!
When I opened the box from Animal, the only thing in there was a silver can and a sheet of paper listing the ingredients. (Props to Animal for this, I wasn't expecting to know the ingredients. I was expecting one of the blind taste test sort of deals.) As I was reading through the ingredients the first thing that came to mind was: "HELL YEAH!". This is a solid, well rounded product. Universal/Animal really put some thought into this project and produced a solid product. I have high expectations for this product, I hope it lives up to them.
For my diet I plan to eat pretty much the same thing daily with the exception of fluctuating the carbs depending on the day. I plan to average the following:
Tilapia or Chicken
Brown Rice
Wheat Bread
Broccoli
Preworkout - 300
Shake
Workout 400 - 500
Meal - 530
Chicken or Salmon
Sweet Potato
Spinach w/ Olive Oil
Workout 700 - 900
Supplements
One of my first supplements was Animal Pak. I loved it so much that I decided to try a couple other Universal/Animal products and I have been using their products ever since. My entire supplement stash is Universal/Animal. For the duration of this log I will be using the following products:

Got any before pics or measurements to gauge how Project C is working?
Yeah I took a couple pics and measurements last night but I it was late so I didn't get a chance to do anything with them. I will put them in today's log.
I plan to post entries to this log nightly however things were pretty hectic yesterday so I didn't get a chance to put this up last night.
-------------------------------------
Beginning Statistics:
Weight 192.5
BF% : 25
Waist: 40.5 inches
-------------------------------------
Morning Weight: 192.5
I haven't weighted that much in over a year. I need to change my name to SupremeFatAzz. It must have been all of that junk food I indulged in over the weekend because I knew I was about to go on a strict three week diet, but that's alright.... Project C will take care of that for me.
Diet
Because I woke up late I didn't get a chance to pack meals so I had to improvise.
Daily Caloric Intake: 2300
Meal 1
3 eggs/1 egg white
2 pieces American cheese
Oatmeal
Meal 3
Subway Turkey ? wheat bread, onions, tomato, green peppers, spinach leaves, oil/vinegar
Pak, Flex, 2 Uni-liver
10 almonds
Meal 4 (1hr before workout)
2 scoops Ultra-Iso Whey w/ 1 scoop Carbo Plus
30 minutes later - Animal Pump
Intra-workout - CB Intra-Aid
Post-workout - GAA Torrent
Meal 5
McChicken w/ no mayo (Yea, yea, yea...I know, shame on me....I was in a rush)
Animal Omega
1 hour later (15 minutes before evening session) - Project C
Training
There was a lot of traffic on the way to the gym so I had to adjust my routine. I skipped the bench press and did a few sets of push ups in the evening session.
1 mile bike ride alternating speed and intensity every couple miles
I had some things to do after the gym so I didn't make the first evening martial arts session (7pm- 8pm). I only took the second session (8pm - 9pm).
Project C Notes
The first dose of the day gave me a nice smooth energy flow, nothing too wild or mild. I felt more focused at work also. I was pretty happy with the effects. I broke a decent sweat on the bike after my workout. I could definitely feel that my body temperature was elevated from Project C. Since my schedule was thrown off I took the second pack 15 minutes before my evening session. I was a little worried about this because I got lightheaded and nauseous when I did this in the past Animal Cuts. To my surprise I didn't experience any of those symptoms, just a nice flow of energy. In fact I was about to complete exercises with ease that would normal have me struggling at the end of them. Half way through the session I was sweating as if I did take the first session and by the end of the workout my clothes were soaked through, I was loving it. If it's that bad after one session I will have to take a mop with me when I take two sessions. Because of the my limited daily caloric intake and all of the sweating in the evening session, I decided to weigh myself before I got in the shower last night...189.5. I lost three pounds in one day. Now I know this won't be a daily occurrence but I was pretty impressed. So far I have nothing but love for Project C.

I worked from home today because I had an appointment this morning. The gym I go to is next to my job which is an hour away from my house so needless to say, I didn't make it to the gym today. I wasn't going to let that stop me so I worked out at home and it turned out to be a great workout.
Rob Zombie's 'Dragula' came on and got me hyped up so I snatched up both kettlebells and pumped out 15 Dual Overhead Presses.
Kettlebell Shrug 1x10
Dual Overhead Presses 1x10 (song was still on )
Kettlebell Shrug 1x15
I finished up my workout with 50 sprawls?doing these after a shoulder workout made them even more difficult because you have to catch yourself on the way down. I almost landed on my face a couple times near the end. I worked up a good sweat from this.
Here is an example of a Sprawl Drill. The second part of the video (starting :25) is the exact drill I was performing.
This is favorite conditioning drill, I love this exercise... you will fatigue quickly but you have to push mentally and push your body to the edge in order to finish. This exercise is a great cardio/conditioning drill but it's also a great will power drill. Your body will want to quit and your mind will say go ahead and quit but you have to be a Drill Sargent in your head and force yourself to continue, there is no quitting, you have to push yourself past that point you think is your limit. If you throw up you then know you've reached your limit and not until then. When you finish you will be gasping for air like a chain smoker in the 40 yard dash and you will be surprised at how much more you did after that point you wanted to quit.
I?ve never heard of Savannah Martial Arts but thanks to them for the video reference.
Project C Notes
Project C keeps my body temperature up all day long. I feel like I have a heater inside that stays on constantly but I don't mind it. I have also noticed that I don't have much of an appetite. This is common with fat burners so I'm not really surprised. I had to force down everything today which is why my caloric intake was lower than I had planned. So far I still don't have anything bad to say about Project C.
i like that there isnt anything close to a crash with this burst of energy

It's the best thing to eat when you are on the run.. hey it worked for Jared! When my wife cooked dinner tonight I had her cook a lot of chicken so there won't be anymore Subway for a while.
Yea I agree with your there, it just tapers off after a while.

I have about 6-7 empty tubs laying around. The Lemonade Chiller is awesome. Your videos are great man. I have never trained for any kind of MMA/fighting but for cardio the sprawl drills look to be killer. I may give them a try someday.

So I'm not the only one that collects empty supplement bottles?!
I have been pretty busy lately so I haven't had to chance to post entries but I am trying to catch up.
I decided to stop weighing myself daily and to just do it weekly. Doing it this way makes me rely on the mirror more than the scale which in turn makes me work harder.
This one is for my boy Donoh. In his Project C log he posted an impressive video of himself doing some pullups. Nice work bro! Next time I want to see you do them like this...
Diet
Meal 1
3 eggs/1 egg white
2 pieces American cheese
Oatmeal
During my evening session I started to sweat pretty quickly and halfway through I had sweat pouring down my back like someone poured water on me. Project C will definitely make you sweat.. it's great. I still don't have any sort of appetite, I'm hoping this will pass but it doesn't seem that way.
Meal 3
Chicken
Brown Rice
Spinach
Pak, Flex, 2 Uni-liver
10 almonds
Meal 4 (1hr before workout)
2 scoops Ultra-Iso Whey w/ 1 scoop Carbo Plus
30 minutes later - Animal Pump
Intra-workout - CB Intra-Aid
Post-workout - GAA Torrent
Meal 5
Chicken
Baked Potatoes
Animal Omega
1 hour later - Project C
Meal 6 (1hr later)
2 scoops Ultra-Iso Whey
Training
3:00 minute warm up on treadmill at 3% incline
Squat 4x10
Leg Press 3x10
Leg Extension 4x10
Lying Leg Curl 4x10
Standing Calf Raise 3x10
Seated Calf Raise 3x10
Donkey Calf Raise 3x10
2 mile bike ride alternating speed and intensity every couple tenths of a mile
Project C Notes
I felt like I had a little more energy this morning after taking the Project C. I still can't say anything negative about Project C which is surprising. It's a great product.
My diet has been pretty much consistant lately and I don't want to keep posting the same thing everyday so I will only post changes if any from now on.
I felt like I needed some more fiber due to the high protein intake so I instead of oatmeal this morning, I ate a bowl of Crap with milk. Well it's actually Kashi Go Lean cereal but I call it 'Crap' because it tastes like crap and makes you crap. If you can bare the taste, it's actually a pretty good cereal nutritionally.
I'm in bro. Shoulda let a brother know you were loggin Project C. lol
