Muscle Imbalences
My own strength confuses me. I can deadlift 405 in comp, my squat is around 365 right now, hang clean is upwards of 245, I can push jerk 225 for days, but my bench is 205? My explosiveness and speed is way better than previously, but I have lost around 25 pounds in my bench. I used to be able to 14 rep 185, now it's my 6 to 8 rep. I gained 4 feet in the shot put, so that's evidence of shoulder development/technique, but I just can't get my damn bench up! Is it my tri's? Any suggestions?
