is this okay for a beginning HIIT program?
i get winded easily, so i'm gonna have to work up to doing a real HIIT program, but here's what i'm doing now:
1:00 walk
1:00 jog
0:30 sprint
1:00 walk
1:00 jog
0:30 sprint
repeat 3x
will this work until i start working up my stamina and taking out the walking time, and increasing the intensity of the sprints?
