Anyone wanna take a shot at a bf%? I'd say I'm sitting between 18-20%....not certain though. When you're low carbing, the difference from one day to another is drastic (due to glycogen, water/salt bloat, etc)...can never be certain! Getting leaner and more vascular for sure, thats certain...

yea looking ok keep it up, good V shape in the back. Try flexing the lats more by sort of pulling at the waistline, and pulling armputs down while forcing the muscle behind it up. Hard to explain but you'll get it, seems like there are good lats underneath there.

dont do the same thing that i did, i use to weigh 240lbs at 30% bodyfat so for basically the entire time ive been lifting i have been trying to cut weight constantly...which resulted it me not gaining nearly enough muscle as i could have.
i mean unless you want to be low bf% and weigh like 150lbs, that's up to you, but you don't have that much mass at all(no offense) to cut down to

I hear what you're saying....it's just that I've always hovered around 20% no matter WHAT, and I've finally started seeing results....as I said before, I don't see any strengh or muscle loss at all. But I'll definatly think harder about this.
