is chewing gum ok? i chew abou 5 sticks of stride per day theres not much on the nutritional info but there is a sugar i know nothing about

i do about the same as well... its about 10 calories a piece but i dont count them

I would be more worried about the cals in the tooth paste brah, the companies really do abuse the whole "we dont have to put nutri info on the tubes" thing.

i literally go through about a pack-two packs a day of trident sugar free gum..its the only thing that keeps me sane durnig this cut....it has less than 1 gram of sugar alcohol per gum...ur body cant digest sugar alcohol anyway...so fuk it...better than breaking diet by eating something that i shouldnt be

ive seen several articles that say chewing gum burns about 10 calories per hour. your average serving of sugar free gum is 5 calories. chew it for an hour and the stuffs like celery, more calories burned eatin it than ya actually get from it!
