My Current Split is
Mon - Chest
Tues- Back
Wednesday- Shoulders
Thursday- Arms
Friday - Legs
Saturday/Sunday - OFF
Now by the time its thursday, I feel like I can add another chest workout. Currently I do arms on Thursday so I would need to make adjustments to the split. What would be the best order so I can do chest 2x a week. Thanks for any help/advice : )

The thing is I feel rested already. Adding another rest day would make me feel worse I think lol. My thing is that I feel like I am over resting my chest From one monday to the next. That is why I want to add another chest workout in the week. I think I naturally recover faster. So what I want to do is add another chest workout. Maybe on a thursday so I am getting 2 and 3 days off in between each one. BUt How would i adjust the rest of the routine.
