if you use soy throw it out now, it can lower test production, and for a cheap, good tasting whey pick up six star muscle fuel, bought my first tub today expecting it to be crap since it's from walmart, but its awesome

you can buy a multi, thats what i use, theres a bunch of good ones. creatine is good, but i rarely use it, try six star maybe, if its anything like the whey it has to rock. also if you like chocolate milkshakes you'll love six stars chocolate flavored whey in milk.

    btw are you a vegetarian

Look at the thread titled "Skinny guy looking to be the big guy" ... I detailed numerous workouts that are amazing for gaining. They are splits I myself use and have gained off of. Ignore my avi btw.. thats from a year ago.

I would like to ask if its neccessary to take multi-vitamin pills.
If I eat 3-4 balanced meals (fruits, vege, meat, fish, etc) a day, wouldn't I get the neccessary vitamins from the food already?

Lifting 5 days for you is probably a bad idea. As is focusing on all these supps. Do some reading, find a solid beginners routine, stick to it, DO NOT CHANGE IT. Eat like a madman. That way will bulk you up, be careful not to gain too much fat, you should not be gaining more than a poundish a week.
