why do i have a 5 pack? i have 3 packs left of the middle line and 2 big ones on the right. How do i actually make it an actual 6 pack? My abs seriously looks ugly. I do major hard ab workout and it's still a 5 pack. I'm 14 by the way

i got 3 on the left side and 4 down the other, probably due to years of sprinting the curves on a track.

dude, it will change, you just have to make it change by hard work. ab shapes are defined by genetics, so the only way to make it become a 6/8 is by lowering your body fat percentage. however, i'd suggest that since you're young(er), try bulking and gaining weight/muscle, then when the time is ripe, cut and reveal your 6-pack.

plus, you'll go into puberty more as you get older and find it a bit easier to build muscle and such. ^_^

don't worry about it - dont be insecure - its fine seriously there is no proper way for our muscles to form if we do everything right. Its unique. my abs are covered by a layer of fat like 3 inches thick, is it so bad now?

practice your flexing. i can flex mine to look crooked at ****, but if u suck in and up. they line up. you might be doing uneven work outs. but ifu practices the flex and tighten the core. after a while of that may help.

Abdominal asymmetry is actually pretty common. There's nothing you can really do about it anyways - it's genetic.

imo your abs look fine man. Also you are still very young and your abs still have YEARS to develop along with the rest of your body. Be patient, stay motivated and keep working hard and i honestly think your abs will look great in a few years.
