I dont think I am sick cause i am not feeling a fever or anything, but sometimes i feel like I am going to faint, and i get dizzy sometimes, and even sometimes i wanna make myself throw up. Like i get light headed too. It started about a week ago, it wasnt so bad, but it gradually kept getting worse, and now today, i really felt it.
It is either this, or not enough fiber/too much fiber. I fart a lot, and it stinks (so, i should be getting enough fiber) and I was eating a **** LOAD of it, 2-3 boxes of cereal with 5 grams each, apple, tons of fruit, etc...and i can barely ****. I am now trying to lower my fiber intake (in the past couple of days) leaving out the cereal, and still having atleast 1 apple and some fruit, with my main meal (it varies). When I was at basic, Id eat 1 apple 3 times a day, and my ****s were totally fine.
Anyways, anyone know anything? Appreciated!

sounds like either dehydration or an electrolyte imbalance...
are you eating before your workout?
if it's none of the above, remove the red capsule.
if it still persists, consult with a physician.

if your sensitive to caffeine, you might be having high BP. like smitty said, try taking out the red cap and see if it persists...

As mentioned, it sounds like you either need to a) drink more water, b) remove the red stim pill and if problems persists, please consult your doctor.

sounds like you need more water try tossen the red stim if your dizzen it up then it could be a reaction so take out or discontinue product. No offence but Animal products are for serious lifters and builders try the rookie stuff bud.

I've had it happen before with pre-workout products. It's usually overstimulation causing a drastic spike in Blood Pressure.
