Currently 220 with around 10 percent BF ...what ever the pics are


GOAL is 225 with 5% Body FAT.


On a 2000 calorie diet with a 60 to 40 ratio of carbs to protien. (I eat as little as possible on fat)

any comments or suggestions are welcome

why are you avoiding fat? you should getting at mininum 10% of your calories from fat, but preferably closer to 20%.

thats 2000 calories at a 60 to 40 percent ration of carbs to protien.... id imagine an extra 200-400 from fat cal.
