Well i feel i get plenty from the steak,chicken,flaxseed oil,and other fats like the fat in bread and so fourth.so I dont even consider them into my equation for simplicity reasons. for instance
Meal 1. 60 carbs 40protien
meal 2 same
meal 3 pre work meal 75 carb 50 protien
meal 4 post work out meal same
meal 5 bed time meal 30 protien 20 carbs
thats 2000 calories at a 60 to 40 percent ration of carbs to protien.... id imagine an extra 200-400 from fat cal.
