    Exclamation Squating Pains

    just wondering if anyone else has them. i dnt get them when im actually squating. only later when i do other stuff like playing sports. im preety sure my technique is right and i dnt lift to much. only like 60kgs. i do atg. its been a couple months since i started and i was wonderin if their are any good alternatives. that dnt hurt your knees

    I get this same thing. It disappears after like 3-5 days. But it definately feels more like pain in the knees than soreness. I've had quad soreness before from playing sports, its not like that.
