Post Fat burn and Weight loss

Anyone have any suggestions on a good routine for burning fat and shredding weight other than just the basics? Supplements, circuits, workouts, etc.?

I honestly think tabata is the best way to lose fat and get buff. The mind goal is hard to accomplish though, and its hard to find the right weight.

Diet, weight training, cardio - in that order. Eat less food, but make sure it's good quality food. Do weight training progressively, on a consistant basis. When possible, do additional cardio to help out. Supplements should be used to ensure you meet your nutritional goals. It's not, however, more important than the food you eat, or the exercise you do. Good luck!
