Day #1
Meals
Diet was clean for day 1, but it was not the diet recommended. I have everything needed now and tomorrow I will begin with the 100g carb day.
Supplement Dosing
Mitotropin: 2 caps @ 12:30pm / 3 caps @ 5:00pm

I biked 10 miles VERY intensely outside before my workout...waited a half hour then wen to gym.

Comments
I dosed 2 caps first dose to assess tolerance cause i read some had trouble with it. Felt fine and so second dose took 3 caps.
Nothing new after first dose. Second dose provided an increase in energy, slight though.
Dosing will be earlier tomorrow. I purchased it today so it was right after purchase.
Want to note that the guidebook given with product is great. Small but very informative and well set up! Looking forward to this run a lot...Go strong today

Day 3: 50g of carbs
Day 4: 50g of carbs
*Then repeat*
Today was a 50g day and i must say that I felt pretty good all day. No carb cravings at all today. Tomorrow I will be doing two sessions of cardio.
I just want to give props to Gaspari for accompanying their product with the guidebook, lots of useful information and interesting ways to set it up. I will surely put it all to the test over the next 30 days.Go strong today

-Sweat like a mad man trying to fall asleep last night
-Had some spells of tiredness today, could just be its been real crappy and rainy out
-Strength was hurting in the gym today
-Leaning out nice though, dropping some fat thats noticeable already
-Energy is good, needs to climb more though, the stim effect is really not doing much to me...
-I took the Plasma Jet and Mito veryyy close to one another this afternoon, maybe that was the reason for a little drowsiness about 45min later....will keep them separated from now on. ehhh, not the fondest of it. I like taking something every day and obviously thats not what PJ is designed for. I never really feel the "pump" that comes over the body. It might just be in my head that i am just not buying into it so no matter what i am not going to feel it, but i probably wont purchase again for sheer fact that i like taking something like that every day...
