Many many many muscles. but all kicks will center around the abdominals, hip abductors/flexors. Some quadriceps and hamstring work.

Neither. A standard swift regular old kick does recruit some quads though.

The hamstring is mostly used in running towards the ball, not really in the kick itself.

Extending your leg is your quads
The ROM is largely dependant on hip flexors
And you got hamstrings out of that

doesn't do hams at all, unless your talking about the stopping motion of the leg. Hams are knee flexors, when kicking a ball your knee is extending.

It is a combination of your entire body. If you where to stand pefectly still and only specifically lengthen your leg at the knee joint, then quads.
