Wink Abs..HELP!

Ok so recently I had shoulder surgery and my abs have been going away. My stomach is still flat, but my ab definition is hardly there.
I am out of my sling now, but still can not really hold weights and things.

What are some good ab work outs that will tough and give me definition?

It's still easy for me to just sit there and do a million sit ups and crunches. It doesn't feel like it does anything.
I really want oblique definition and v-line definition again.

Okay thanksssssssssss

If you can...I'd try and check out Ab Ripper X from the P90X series. It's 16 minutes, but a damn good ab workout.

You can try the ab machines in a local gym.
