    Post Workout Shake

    I am trying to get cut. I work out usually around 9pm and go to bed around midnight. I take Gaspari Intrapro after is that ok? It does not have much carbs. Do I need to take more carbs after? I try to limit the carbs because I go to bed soon after.

    I googled Gaspari Intrapro and what popped up only shows 6 grams of carbs. That is inadequate for post workout. You need to add carbs to that.
