Ab wheel - who uses this?

    I used to when I was a lot younger.Around 15 I'd say.

Well, I'm 20 now. It's a pain, but I know it works because I can see some of the 6-pack that I used to have. I have somewhere around 10% to 15% bodyfat.

Well anyway, what's a good workout for this? I'm talking Sets X Reps

Should I do high reps, low sets? or high sets, low reps?

how is 2 sets of 25 with a one minute break in between?

    help a retard our. thanks

Depending on how difficult the exercise is for you, I would suggest anything over 15 reps for any ab exercise. However, the ab wheel has been known to put a lot of stress on the lower back, regardless of how strong your abs are. It's a hardcore exercise (no pun) but you can find numerous exercises that are better.

I like those little square wheelie board things better. I'm not sure what they are called. But since they can go in all directions they can offer a better overall workout IMO.

I suggest you don't do high reps but work your way up to a harder variation, like 1-arm or with two ab wheel (on in each hand).

Most people start from the knee, it's a really hard and good exercise for the core.
