Post Workout Shake----for CUTTING

one more question please. How do you feel about post workout shake with simple carbs. If you like them how much? Is it counter-productive to fat loss since I am in a cutting phase? or should it just be less than you would take on a bulking cycle? Thank you again for your time.

I usually take about 40 grams of simple cars with 30grams of protein immediately after my workout. About an hour an a half after my post workout shake I then eat a complex carb meal with protein and broccoli.

what does everyone think.

I do get about 80g carbs pwo, most of them simple (if not all) just make my shake tasty
But as long as you are in your daily limit you should be fine.

keep your carbs the same as normal. just cause your cutting doesnt skimp on the carbs pre/post workout. to fit these carbs into your macros limit your carbs at other times of the day. your carb intake is most important around your workout time.

This. I go lower towards the end of the day but make sure I get a good amount in around workout time especially after.
