I've heard 3 FULL EGGS per day is fine and as many egg whites as you want.
WHat type of Cholesterol is in egg yolk?
I read somewhere that Egg yolk has the "good kind of cholesterol" is that right?

You need to cook them, otherwise your body wont absorb the protein, something to do with there being a biotin deficiency from consuming to much egg whites.
