    How many full EGGS can we have a day?

    I've heard 3 FULL EGGS per day is fine and as many egg whites as you want.

    WHat type of Cholesterol is in egg yolk?

    I read somewhere that Egg yolk has the "good kind of cholesterol" is that right?

    3 whole eggs are fine. I eat the same thing (3 a day) and I asked my nutritionist if it was ok and she said it's perfectly fine as long as rest of diet is healthy and in check.

    how do you guys separate your egg whites? without buying just normal "egg whites" it's more expensive than buying a box of them so I rather just get the WHOLE eggs.

    eh idk, i really don't worry about it. i've been eating a lot more eggs latley, and i always eat them whole. always 2 in the morning, and usually a 4 egg ommlete at some point in the day.

    You need to cook them, otherwise your body wont absorb the protein, something to do with there being a biotin deficiency from consuming to much egg whites.

    I eat 6 whole eggs a day, sometimes up to 10. There's people here who eat 12 a day. Probably some who eat even more. Dietary cholesterol is different as previous threads would have invariably informed you.

    egg yolk contains hdl which is good, and you need saturated fat to produce testosterone
    so man up and stop being an estrogen producing biatch, don't eat the egg whites alone,
    that can lead to allergies and the protein is not digested properly without the fat
