    What muscles makes your chest look bigger

    Hai guys, does anyone know what muscles i should work to make my chest bigger. I think it might be my pecs but i dont really want to work those because they take too long

    Could i just do bicep curls?

    Last time I checked calf raises where for your legs ? hmmm... I always thought bench press with supersetting fly's worked the best for. Do incline, decline, and flat bench super-set it all with fly's and you'll have a bigger chest in a few months(being realistic)
