What do you guys think of him?
11-1 and 9 of them in the first rd
also, I USED to train with him so please keep empty flaming to a minimum. He is a good guy I am just curious if you think he could hang in the UFC.

Wt 273lb as of 10/3/09 Goal is 245 by January 1st.

He's solid IMO. Out of the Monson mold.
I also think he was doing very well against Sergei before Sergei got that cheap armbar.

He hasn't fought this year... and his only elite level opponent was his only loss.
That being said, by the virtue of how handley he beat those guys, then I would say he's got a shot in the UFC. Especially against guys like Stefan Struve and Antoni Hardonk.
Basically what I am saying is... maybe... but we wont know until it happens.

here's something more constructive
I helped a guy gain 1/4" on his biceps with 1 workout, and it was definatly volume training
eat that you buncha HIT nazi's
(also helped Jesin gain 6/10 " and Q gained 1/10th", also DoctorX2k2 gained 1/4")

and btw, I can Hammer Curl the 120's dangit!
March: 275+
April: 265
May: 260
June/July/August: 255
Late Sept: 245 (all +/- 2 lbs)

You're on your own for the vid, but Sergei was clearly holding the glove. The ref even yelled at him about it IIRC.

It is hard to find the fight vid at all, but it was a glove grap, Russow looks at ref ref tell Sergi no then as russow relaxes to remove his arm from the glove hold Sergi Still holding it pops the arm bar. I have never heard him complain about it but he seems a bit meaner in the ring now.

LOL I remember the fight. Sergei also held the ropes like crazy when Semmy Schilt was trying to buck him off.
