chest dips and cable flys enough?

I usually rotate a chest/shoulder, back/trap, and leg day MWF. I'm going to drop bench press as I don't feel it at all in my chest unless extremely wide grip. My delts and triceps have gotten big though hehe. After hearing all the issues bench presses cause on the shoulders that is enough to give it up.

Do you think dips and flys alone is enough to train the chest? I want to hear from someone who hasn't bench pressed in ages.

I have never seen or heard of anyone having any real success without doing any pressing, but maybe you will be the first.

Instead of dropping bench I would try switching to DB press. I feel regular BB bench in my shoulders more, but I've found that I can really focus on the chest by using the DB's. Thing is, press exercises for me are where I really have gained any size/strength and I generally use the fly type exercises to finish them off. I'd think twice before dropping those off your workout schedule.
The juice is worth the squeeze.

    I rep back

I rarely if ever do flat bench press. If I do it is with dumbells. Instead of giving up pressing movements why not just do incline dumbell presses, flys, and dips? This will hit the entirety of your pectoralis from the major, to the minor, to the clavicular.
