For a dedicated back day...
3-4 sets of rows (barbell usually)
3-4 sets of deadlifts
3 sets of a vertical movement
2-3 sets of a ending row movement (low row, high row, weighted supinated row, ect.)
I usually only do the first 3 exercises right now though because I'm on a cut.

Less food = less nutrition to supplement your muscles, so I cut down the volume a bit.

Hey,
My back day is tomorrow. I'll be doing a C workout from my program. I'll do a giant set of 4 with 3 min rest between sets;
Barbell Rows x 5
Deadlift x 12
Seated Rows x 40
Then I'll do 4 x 12 db rows, 4 x 12 wide grip lat pulldowns and some ab work....should be a good workout.

Hehehe ya, I usually cut down on volume because less food = less energy.
