lowering it all the way is harsh on the elbow joints, lowering it to where they're still slightly bent still gives you that fullness
as well, getting "roundess" is genetic....only thing you can do is make sure that you're equally developing both inner and outer heads of the biceps. If one is lacking in comparison to the other, it won't have that "wide/round" look. From what I see, i generally see most folks emphasizing the outer head (the long head) with close grip BB curls, cable curls with a narrow grip, EZ curls, and hammer curls. They may do 2 or 3 exercises emphasizing the long head and then only one for the short head(inner head) like supinating DB curls.
So, from time to time use a slightly wider grip on BB curls to emphasize the inner head of the biceps. Don't gotta go crazy wide. Just a little outside shoulder width and you'll feel it there. And of course, supinating DB curls.

First off if thats the case why the hell did you post "that" pic of Arnold in that picture his bicep looks nothing at all like a tennis ball what so ever lol.
Bicep with a "weak" peak
Bicep with a "good" peak
Now which picture to you looks more like they have a tennis ball under there skin? The bicep with the weak peak or the bicep with the good peak?
I rest my case.

What negative stuff have i said about arnold? Im a fan of Arnold no doubt about it.
In some thread some guy was complaining about his un-even biceps, and i said even arnold had uneven biceps, and he was the greatest of all time, i was just telling the OP its not a big deal and hard to notice unless measuring.
You get quite emotional easily dont you.
