Hello.
I had another log on here a while ago for CL...but I ended up losing the password for this account so I never finished it.
But I was able to remember the password and I am starting a new stack on Sunday.
My stack will be
White Flood 15-20 mins pre workout
Green Magnitude 15-20 mins pre workout
GlycerGrow 15-20 mins pre workout
Blue Gene 60 mins pre workout
Purple Wraath intra
White Blood(b4 bed)
I have had amazing results from Controlled Labs b4. I'm looking forward to trying Blue Gene for the 1st time. I only hope I dont get acne from it.
As of right now I am 219lbs at 11% bodyfat(just checked 2 days ago)
My goals are to lean up a bit but also gain some size.

4)50g whey 2tbsp natty pb

6)8 oz red meat and 1 cup veggies...or 8 oz chicken 1 cup veggies 2tbsp natty pb

what isnt blue gene is what i think we should be asking ourselves
DEFINTELY
pumps are nuts...vascularity is nuts...and w/ the PW intra the endurance is great...my pump will last for a while after the workout but i noticed w/ the GG i stayed fairly pumped during the day...but u gotta make sure u are drinking enough water

2nd workout on the stack...pump was nuts today...painful even.
The energy was constant this workout...not crazed like yesterday. I just wanted to keep lifting. Vascularity was really coming out on the arms. Endurance was improved as well.

Reallly great focus all day...dunno if thats the Blue Gene
Great strength through the workout-split squats felt super easy and the squats at the end were super easy as well. The pump was nuts...whole body was pumped as well. Def feeling more pumped than usual.
woke up-had a shake w/ oats and whey and pb and berries...an hour later i had 5 blue gene...and then a half hour after i had 2 scoop wf, 1 scoop gm, 4 scoop gg, 1 orange, and 2 scoop pw intra

Mood has been great lately-really feeling focused and in a good mood all the time-I def think the BG has contributed
Body has felt pumped all day...vascularity has increased everywhere-i appear a bit leaner too Ive been told.
Endurance has been nuts in the gym...I just feel like I want to keep going. Feeling stronger in everything.
Libido seems to have increased as well.
Had breakfast and then took my pre workout supps 1.5 hours later...i forgot to take BG an hour before the workout so i took it half hour prior.
So far Im very pleased with the stack and its only the 1st week.
Ddint feel like going heavy today...went lighter and went for a pump...great workout...great focus whole time.

I am very pleased with the stack so far...Ive dropped some weight and people are telling me I look more cut...my focus and mood have been exeptional and my whole body looks bigger and more muscular...Im loving the blue gene
Strength and endurance are improved...everything felt easy...libido seems improved as well.

White Blood before bed? Isn't it a stim-free Pre-WO? Or am I missing some added pre-bed benefit?

I use Whey + Dextrose over golden finish at the moment (Money got a little tight).Note: I am fully aware that my supplementation does little: Gives me the slightest edge in a lifestyle where I exert every last ounce of energy and effort at the highest level of intensity for the smallest fraction of gain.
