    I use it for 8 weeks with others supplements, this help me pack on a few lean LBS. I use the cherry flavour and was really craving it at the end of my workout! It spike your insulin level pretty good. I started to feel tired about 30 minute after using it.

    I will use it in my next bulk. Ingredients profile look good to me.
