E-Pol Review.

Haven't used a PH since the 1-Test days.

Purus was kind enough to send me bottle of this to try.

Gained about 8lbs. No sides to speak of. Strength gains were muted because of on-going shoulder issues. I did mostly volume work.

I did go up a couple reps in the decline BP (315 x 8).

Pumps were really good as well.

I would recommend this product to anyone over 21.

Little to no cramping. I will chaulk that up to spot on diet and supplementation. Uni-liver works wonders.

Low back pump was really bad one day doing high rep squats. That was the only time I noticed.

E-pol

Trying to figure out if E-POL is right for me. I currently weight 145, and I am 6'1. I have been skinny forever and want to gain about 25 pounds. I am going to start my diet but I have always been discouraged to lift weights because my strength will only allow me to lift so much before getting weak and unable. I want to know will it help with my strength and allow me to lift more?

Also, I have been told that I need to eat three large meals per day along with two protein shakes. Can anyone help me out and let me know what I should be eating for my meals to gain muscle mass? I have no clue and just need something to go off of.
