    A few things:

    1) Set the jhooks one pin lower. Its too high for you to hold the bar lower on your back like you want from the start, and you have to do a calf raise to rack the bar at the end

    2) Break at your hips first, your breaking at your knees, causing your knees to shift forward

    3) Drive your head back into the bar during the entire rep, especially out of the hole

    4) You are driving your elbows under the bar which is good....make a conscious effort to do this harder for each rep.

    5) Hold the bar lower (see #1). To me, that is more of a highbar squat like I use. But a real "low bar" squat you got to be holding it lower for sure

    6) Your upper back isn't tight. Keep squeezing that bar and keep your lats tight the whole time.

Wider stance and stick your hips back further, you're getting a lot of knee drift.

The only thing I can add is that I see your ass is dipping at the bottom... injury waiting to happen. But it may go away once you get your hips more back.

Looks like a good squat not really what I would think of as a low bar squat though.
