Hey how can I find a true body building tainer? I am not talkin some LA Fitness/Bally Total Fitness schmoe who likes to talk to the girls, but someone who actually trains people for body building competitions.

Search for an old school gym, pretty much a bodybuilding gym.

go in the "contest prep" forum and ask them.... I'm sure a lot of them have or have had trainers before.
