I've been doing bodyfat tests on an electronic scale but it's been saying my bf% is going up when I'm pretty sure it's going down. What do you think my bodyfat is at now and what would be a good goal for % for me. I've heard that when you're younger you hold more fat within the muscles so it's not as big of a deal to get down to real low percentages? Also help getting down lower without losing muscle?

Scales can be WAY off depending on when you use them...remember, the scales measurements are based off the amount of water in your body, so water intake, food intake, and even body temp can throw off the scale meter.....so if you measure yourself in the AM when you are dehydrated and then at night when you are fully hydrated, the reading will be off....
I will assume that is a relaxed pic? I'd say 8-9%....abs are clearly visible...
Nice progress, what are your goals?Chicago Crew
Next time you're tempted to say you "can't," remember that what you're really saying is, "I don't want to."
