I've been hitting straight set 5x5 for a long time now....What should I switch up to??
My routine right now
Thursday - Bench / triceps
1 day rest
Saturday - Deadlift / curls / BB Rows
1 day rest
Monday - Bench / triceps
1 day rest
Wednesday - Squats
1 day rest
repeat
So 3 full days between bench workouts...
Should I try hitting some heavier weight and then some lighter weight on different days?
