Or is the dose in 1.5 scoops of PW (what I use) more than sufficient for endurance purposes?

if your on white flood and purple wraath you dont need additional. if just on purple wraath you could add 1.5-2 grams later in the day

I take about 2g seperate on my WO days and ~3.2g on my off days because I only use 1 scoop of PW and only on my WO days as an intra. I think it would be best if you take the extra beta-alanine seperately rather than add it to the PW, it's recommended to be taken in small doses throughout the day. I use NOW but any cheap and plain version from a reputable company should be fine.
