Over the muscle implants

To any women who have over the muscle silicone gel implants, do they look a lot more "fake" (for lack of better description) than under the muscle? My doctor had told me that over the muscle would look super round, high, and pornstar-fake.

I went under the muscle, and my first set was kind of crushed by my chest muscles pushing on the scar tissue (so they turned doughnut shaped instead of ball/cone shaped). I just got new ones (ultra high profile, bigger projectory but smaller diameter), and he put some stitches in the scar tissue to push them up more.

I don't know anyone who has gone over the muscle, but it seams appealing since your muscles then can't push down on the implants! How different from under the muscle does over look?

They really do look porn star fake. My co worker had some over the muscle and she hated how fake they looked.

I have never heard of implants being crushed by muscle glad you got yours fixed. Mine are under the muscle and they look great. Half the time I forget they are fake. I still have the natural pear shape of my breasts and dont' feel fake.

I say stay in the under muscle club...yours look great!

How fake they look depends in large part on how much breast tissue you have to begin with. There are lots of websites where you can see before/after pictures organized by over v. under the muscle. I haven't done exhaustive research, but I've done some, and I've found that in a lot of cases submuscular implants look more fake because of the shape/position.

I have over the muscles and I dont feel they look fake at all.

I did have some tissue of my own to begin with...

Here's a picture to prove!
