The Cycle
WK1: M 1,4 ADD (120 mg), S-Roid (30 mg)
WK2: M 1,4 ADD (120 mg), S-Roid (30 mg)
WK3: M 1,4 ADD (120 mg), S-Roid (30 mg), 1-T Tren (5 pumps)
WK4: M 1,4 ADD (120 mg), P-Plex (40 mg), 1-T Tren (5 pumps)
WK5: M 1,4 ADD (120 mg), P-Plex (40 mg), 1-T Tren (5 pumps), Furazadrol (100 mg)
WK6: M 1,4 ADD (120 mg), P-Plex (40 mg), 1-T Tren (5 pumps), Furazadrol (100 mg)
WK7: Furazadrol (100 mg), 1-T Tren (5 pumps)
WK8: Furazadrol (100 mg), 1-T Tren (5 pumps)

Reasoning
M1,4ADD = Quick, wet, gains. A little estrogen never do no harm.

S.D. = Quick, LBM dry gains. Should combat the wetness of the M1,4ADD nicely. [b]Yes I realize the name is "S-Roid" and it's ridiculous but it was $19.99...

P.P. = Nice, quick, wet gains. Great on a bulk.

1-T Tren = Strength gains and fairly dry.

Furazadrol = Dry things out, build muscle density. Won't leave me fat at the end of my bulk.

Goals
  • Gain 20-30 lbs. gross weight

  • 3 days on, 1 day off training
  • Make significant strength, LBM gains

This will likely be my last run on PH/DS, so I wanted to go out with a bang. I have no access to any of the good PH/DS from the pre-ban era, so I did the best with what I have. This is going to be a good old fashioned BULK!!! So get ready for some weight/strength gains and some fun loggin'. This is my last run on P.H./DS because I now have the resources to "pin-up" when I please from now on, but I bought all these products before the opportunity came about so I'm going to run it anyway. I made this cycle as smart as possible. I'm not going overkill on methyls... Follow if you wish, should be a fun ride.

DAY 1 (5/11/09)

Weight: 210 (+/- N/A)
Workout?: Arms/Calves (10 different exercises, 3 sets each)
Focus: Hypertrophy
Comments: I felt great during my workout but it really burned me out for the rest of the day. Remember, during the last part of my NCAA season I lifted maybe 5 times so this was definitely challenging for my body. I'm glad I got it done though.

Dosages: 2 M1,4ADD + 2 S.D. (8:30 AM) & 2 M1,4ADD + 1 S.D. (8:30 P.M.)
Effects?: None good or bad to note. Let's wait a few days.

Diet: 289g Protein, 541g Carbohydrates, 78.5g Fat, 4,050 Calories
Comments: This wasn't a bad first day on my diet. I'd like to up the protein and calories a bit more throughout the cycle, but I think gradually I'll get my diet to where I want it to be.

DAY 2 (5/12/09)

Weight: 214.5 (+ 4.5)
Workout?: Back/Shoulders/Chest (sets of 10, light chest) & then a night workout of legs (light legs, 4 different workouts, sets of 10)
Focus: Hypertrophy
Comments: I was good enough to go for a split routine today. I will take tomorrow off. Felt great pumps and endurance was through the roof.

Dosages: 2 M1,4ADD + 2 S.D. (8:30 AM) & 2 M1,4ADD + 1 S.D. (8:30 P.M.)
Effects?: No effects yet. Think the weight gains is due to diet, but I did take my weight on an empty stomach on the same scale??

Diet: 289g Protein, 602g Carbohydrates, 78g Fat, 3,955 Calories
Comments: Ate similar to yesterday. Had salmon for my first dinner

I doubt I will. I'm not a fan of HCG. I may however use some Letro.

Day 5 update: Weighed myself in yesterday. I'm up 5.3 pounds to 215.3!!

I wasn't sure if you guys were that interested over here, but I'll give you a Day 11 update:

I've gained 12.7 lbs. (222.7) in only 11 days. I'm taking in 3,500-5,000 cals on any given day. I hit the lower end of my macros on off days usually. Strength and endurance are up. I feel like I can hit the gym hard everyday and the pumps stay all day. It's getting ridiculous!
