sharp pain in my groin while deadlifting

    Hi all,

I have recently started to do dead lifts.

Today I decided to increase the weight slightly, Now when I went to lift it, I had a very sharp pain in my groin area for a second! I have no pain at all now or when I continued in the gym.

Anyone have any idea what the pain could be problem?

I?m going to the doctors tomorrow just to be safe.

    Thanks

    Mac
