They're probably pretty standard, maybe even subpar. Carrot Top started doing roids awhile back. He's so nutty he even shoots synthol, fake oil crap that looks ridiculous and just inflates body parts, note the odd shoulders:

Personally I thought it was pretty cool that he started working out. But getting heavily on the roids, using synthol aggressively, and putting mascara over his eyes just went a little over the top.
