Well, we all started somewhere.
Before I started bodybuilding or found this site, I was always a chubster when I was around 15 I decided to lose some fat. I did a month or two of terrible dieting and cardio daily, going from 185lbs to 155lbs and looked like this:
Then, I found this website and began lifting. Here are some pictures from my start to a year ago.

hmm..not 100% sure but it was completely unhealthy. I was 15 years old and didn't know the first thing about dieting. I probably had a granola bar for breakfast, a yogurt, turkey sandwich and apple for lunch and maybe chicken or something for dinner. Way under what I should have eaten.

thanks everyone
I love hearing stuff like this, glad I could help.
I had 1-2 cuts in between the entire time (2 yr period), but I ended up spinning wheels and never committing myself to them. It was a waste of time because I would only lose a few lbs and put it right back on quickly. Cutting is definitely my weak spot, though right now I'm doing a cut and it will be my first successful cut ever. I'm trying to get really lean.
Hmm, to get to skinny fat I had a granola bar for breakfast, a yogurt, turkey sandwich and apple for lunch and maybe chicken or something for dinner. Way under what I should have eaten. When I started lifting, I was really into bbing and ate every clean food possible. So probably lots of oats, ww bread, ww pasta, olive oil, chicken.
Here is from June of 2008, my meals/macros looked similar to this.

thanks - I think my wheels just need to get cut up a little bit. They are fairly strong man I'll put a pic up at the end of my cut.Do or do not. There is no 'try'.
