So I got bored and was wondering who was the best arm wrestler in the world... at first what came to mind was one of those strongman competitors, I mean they're already built for power right, not to mention size. Turns out the best arm wrestler is a 210 pound guy, John Brzenk.
He's been at the top for over 25 years and is still ranked no 1

Guy that just joined my gym is a pro arm wrestler. Says he knows Brzenk, and that he is going to get him and all these other pro's to come in for an arm wrestling competition. Says he's seen Brzenk rock some russians armwrestling. Claims he was ranked in the 20's in the world. Spent 30 min with me and my buddy showing us how to lock up and arm wrestling techniques. Forearms are massive.

I thought it was Homer Simpsons in that one episode of the Simpsons.I'm 26, 5"11 and 243 lbs. I can lift 1lb with one hand. I tend to use a burger rather than weights though.- VernonWellsClone
Massive Bulking, Dirty, Clean, and everything in between. 180 by next year. 25 pounds to go.

Quit the Misc on 5/29/09. Best decision I ever made. Have fun you bunch of fat, e-stating virgins who have to call everything and everyone gay to cover up their own homosexuality.

LOL, although it's cool, is anybody else struck with the silliness of arm wrestling? I mean, what an obscure way to measure manhood and alphaness!BB.com's jiu-jitsu team
