    Question cardio in the morning!!

Does anyone else find it really hard to do cardio 1st thing in the morning? I can rarley do it. I always wake up starving to eat breakfast. I've heard so many different things about doing cardio on an empty stomach but I don't know if its really that big of an issue. I just feel that I have more energy after I eat something. I do take a fat burner also. I am currently following a cutting diet so I find myself starving a lot. Even in the middle of the night. so when I wake up I am sooooo hungry..........

Pandee.....I never seem to have a problem with doing the cardio on an empty stomach first thing. But then again, I am never starving either.

The biggest thing is getting it done. So if you can't do it on completely empty stomach, then have something to eat and wait an hour or so before working out.

Are you at the end stage of cutting now for a comp? It just seems a little drastic to be starving yourself unless you have a show coming up shortly.

I do my cardio in the morning, only after I've eating something to offset any muscle wastage effects. If you are starving, that's a sign to eat. Sounds like you are on a starvation diet rather than a cutting diet. Try eating a little more. The right macronutrient combinations will off set extreme hunger, and aid in bodyfat reduction.
