The two are great to stack together.
Pak is a solid multi and will help fill in any nutritional gaps you may/may not have in your diet. Take it first thing in the AM w/ breakfast. Only take one pack a day.
Flex is for any kind of joint issues. It really worked wonders when I was coming back from a fractured elbow. How are your joints currently?Magnum Nutraceuticals BB.com Forum Manager & Lead Sales Representative

My shoulders and hands always make cracking sounds , kinda like when you crack your nuckles. Same with feet. Its kinda annoying. Im hoping flex will help with that. The only problem so far is taking so many pills. With pak and flex alone , i feel like a walking pharmacy.

Animal Pack and Animal Flex are 2 of the best products of there kind. Pack is a great multi and Flex really helps me with my shoulder and elbow. on non training days ive found that Flex works good taken in the morning however ive found that atleast for me Flex is best taken 1 hour before hitting the gym training days. for a few other people i know thats how it works best for them too so keep that in mind, but good choices of products im also using Pack, Flex, Sytha6, and Maximize.

Both products are 100% safe to take year round and no it's not overkill if you have any joint problems that bother you. I've had bad shoulders and wrist problems so bad that I almost gave up on lifting. But after taking Animal Flex, Animal Pak, and Animal Omega those problems don't hold me back at all anymore. The pills don't bother me at all. The Flex I can just throw all the pills in my mouth, pour water in my mouth and slowly swallow them all at once. Same with Omega. The Pak I split in half with the four big pills in one gulp and the rest in another gulp.
