I'm thinking of getting a Chihuahua.
The reason why such a small dog is I still live with my parents and they are anti dog but have three cats so I'm thinking if I get a Chihuahua it will be just like a cat and can poo in the cat litter tray and wont need walks everyday.

Edit: If you want a small dog that's easy to take care of, get a beagle. I have one and he is too lazy to get into mischief when I am not home.

Serious I have 3 ****ing chihuahuas (mom loves them).
1.) They never shut the **** up; they bark at leaves falling off trees all day
2.) There stubborn as ****: almost all have personality disorders (aggressive, shy, etc)
3.) They hate and will bite people who come over out of fear because they are overprotective
I have a beagle though that is the best dog ever. Get a beagle.

I love my beagle. He's smart as hell. I used to keep him in a fenced off area...but he learned to put his paws in it and climb up and over. This fence was like 8 ft tall...its no joke haha

My roommate last year had 2 Chihuahua's. They are extremely beta. Miniature Pinscher is much more alpha for a little dog IMO

Not really, I've had people ask if they can buy it. He only yaps at home but when we take him for a walk he just takes off like a damned rabbit. I am afraid a hawk will take off with it..

that's actually a legit worry....back in the day we had some exotic animals we raised and I saw a redtail hawk take a emu chick out of a pen, probably weighed about 3-4 pounds at the time. Those things were worth like 1k at that age too.....
