Help addding size to legs
Alright so Ive noticed my legs size is lacking (mostly my quads). My diet is fine, very clean. So I think its my routine, which usually looks like this
Leg Press 3 x 8-12 (Alternate to squats every other week)
Leg Extension 3 x 8-12
Hamstring Curls 3 x 8-12
1 Leg Hamstring Curls - 3 x 8-12
Seated Calf Raises 3 x 10-12
Horiz Calf Raise 3 x 10
Tips\Critiques appreciated, thanks

squat is king of leg workout!
do them every workout and try front squats

Leg press =\= squats. If you want an alternate to squats, do front squats, or hack squats.

Squats 4 x 6-12
Leg Extensions 3 x 8-12
Front Squats 3 x 8-12
Hack Squats 2 x 10-12
How does that look?

do sth like
squats(5sets)
leg extensions superseted with leg curls
bb lunges (2-3sets)
front squats if you feel like you need to work your quads more

you could try some sissy squats, you can get a good burn doing those,
but I only squat for legs and i've added a lot of size, i've also got some decent definition from
just doing squats, not leg extensions or anything
