It could have been much worse.

You'll do okay; just train around it. Work your lower body with machines, or whatever you can do while not using your hand. Use the time to do some extra cardio. Keep your nutrition in check while you've cut your training back, and you'll be fine.
Use it as a learning experience; next time you think you've injured yourself, if you deal with it immediately, you may be able to avoid any layoffs. Again; you'll be fine; you won't shrink. Good luck.
