I'm curious, why is it delicious? Seems a bit odd....you don't see people drinking raw egg everyday, people like a good fried omelette, or eggs benedict, but ordering a glass of egg, raw would be a bit awkward at IHOP.

I personally don't eat eggs, too much cholesterol for me.

I hope that you are discounting about half of the protein when you figure out your macros (due to ingesting your eggs raw as opposed to cooked).

Really? So raw eggs would be about 3 grams protein in total, I didn't know macro percentages changed due to cooking food?

They don't, but the bioavailability does change. Cooked eggs have a higher protein bioavailability, ie the body can absorb more of the protein from eggs when cooked compared to raw.
