LOL, but really what else could he mean?
Maybe a quick most-muscular to shut me up?
Because I like it. I use this board to have fun and unwind, and I may be crass and insulting sometimes. That is something I do in my private life, not in my public life. Typing on the internet is permanent and can come back to haunt you. (note the numerous stories about people being fired for discussing their jobs/employer online) I consider this to be public arena. And whether you believe it or not, physicians are held to a different standard. I wouldn't necessarily want my patients to identify me on this board.
Yeah it helps me lie about insulinz to the broz.No sir, I don't like it.

Off Season Diet Plan
I am going to ease back into my diet after the show. I created this one day when I was bored for my ultimate clean bulk. I would like to hit 230 with lower body fat. My abs disappear fast but right now I am 4 weeks out from my 2nd show and leaner than most guys are on show day so I have to make sure post show I dont binge and get fat like last time. This diet can manipulated slightly but overall the meal timing is impeccable and since AAFEX has sponsored me getting free supplements will allow me to use money for other stuff.

why not just take one of the super greens supplements and throw a packet/powder serving in the shake? wht i do is add 1 packet of those w/ a packet of splenda to a water bottle and im good to go....no grassy taste at all, plus it would contain more nutrients than said veggies/fruits (assuming u get one from a reputable company).
PimPin Iron ain't easy, but i do it though...1 plate at a time. So watch how i Get'er done in my workout journal: http://tinyurl.com/
