It's probably true for me, and I consider myself somewhat in the nutrition know. One thing I've learned, in this huge world there is always someone better and smarter than you. Humility is the key. Personally you shouldn't care, but I am curious why do you dislike Dr. Horse?

Through undergraduate studies and medical school, a sizable amount of knowledge in nutrition would be acquired.

Physiology + Anatomy + Biochemistry + Pathology of Diseases + Clinical Experience + sound logic + some additional reading= More nutrition knowledge than the average bro, the average joe, and even the average nutritionist.Last edited by TheWaffleIron; 05-11-2009 at 08:04 PM.

I notice alot of the same types of food in peoples diets. Brown rice, eggs, lean meats, oats, sweet potatoes, etc. Do you guys think you could get the same or similar gains just eating whatever and getting the calories up there?

meh, its easy for someone to try and start stuff with you over the internet, because they know they have the power of anonymity, which they make sure they protect to avoid any repercussions in the real world.
I talk as much crap as anyone on here, but I have my face/location/full name all on here
Some "dirty" foods have their place to help get calories in.. but despite what this section says, there is an importance of the quality food you ingest IMO.MET-Rx/Pure Protein Board Rep
