after my back workout yesterday i as hanging on a pull up bar stretchin my lats and back out as usual i stretched more than usual and have this pain right under my shoulder blade w/e i move my back or that arm it has this pain
what did i do? tear pull?
anything i can do to have this heal faster as my next backday/bi is in 3 days and i hope i dont have to skip
idk how to explain the pain it just hurts.
